Journal of Advanced Computer Science (JACS)

To ensure consistency and high publication quality, authors are required to prepare their manuscripts using the official JACS Manuscript Template.

All submissions that do not follow the template may be returned to authors for correction prior to peer review.


1. Download the Template

Authors must download and use the manuscript template below:

2. Template Requirements

Manuscripts must comply with the following formatting rules:

  • File Format: Microsoft Word (.docx)

  • Paper size: A4

  • Font type: Times New Roman

  • Font size: 1o pt

  • Line spacing: 1.0 

  • Margins: 2.5 cm (Top, Bottom, Left, Right)

  • Page numbers: Required


3. Manuscript Structure (as in template)

The paper must be structured as follows:

  1. Title of the Paper

  2. Author(s) Name(s)

  3. Affiliation(s)

  4. Corresponding Author Email

  5. Abstract

  6. Keywords

  7. 1. Introduction

  8. 2. Related Work

  9. 3. Methodology / Proposed Approach

  10. 4. Results and Discussion

  11. 5. Conclusion and Future Work

  12. Acknowledgment (Optional)

  13. References (IEEE Style)


4. Figures and Tables

Figures

  • Insert figures inside the manuscript (not separate files only)

  • Use high-resolution images

  • Caption format: Figure 1. Caption here

Tables

  • Tables should be editable (not images)

  • Caption format: Table 1. Caption here

All figures and tables must be cited in the text.


5. Equations

  • Equations must be typed (not screenshots)

  • Must be numbered sequentially:

Example:
(1) y = ax + b


6. Reference Formatting

JACS uses IEEE reference style.

Example:

[1] A. Author, “Title of paper,” Journal Name, vol. 12, no. 3, pp. 100–110, 2024, doi: 10.xxxx/xxxxx.


7. Important Notes

  • Templates must not be modified in style or layout.

  • Authors must ensure correct English language and formatting before submission.

  • The editorial office reserves the right to reject non-compliant submissions.
