Journal of Advanced Computer Science (JACS)

1. Open Access Statement

The Journal of Advanced Computer Science (JACS) is an Open Access journal, which means that all published articles are freely available online to readers immediately upon publication, without any subscription fees or access barriers.

JACS supports the global dissemination of scientific knowledge and ensures that users may read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of published articles.


2. Licensing Policy

All articles published in JACS are licensed under the following Creative Commons license:

Under this license, users are permitted to:

  • Adapt: remix, transform, and build upon the material for any purpose, including commercial use

Under the following terms:

  • Attribution: users must give appropriate credit to the author(s), provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made.


3. Author Rights

Authors publishing in JACS:

  • retain the copyright of their work,

  • grant JACS the right of first publication,

  • agree that the work will be distributed under the CC BY 4.0 license.

Authors are free to:

  • deposit the published version in institutional repositories,

  • share it on personal websites,

  • distribute it for educational and research purposes,
    provided proper citation is given.


4. Reader and User Rights

Readers and third parties may:

  • use, share, and reuse published content legally,

  • translate or reproduce articles,

  • use figures/tables with appropriate attribution.

All reuse must include:

  • full citation of the original article,

  • authors’ names,

  • journal title, volume/issue, pages,

  • DOI link (if available),

  • license reference.


5. Third-Party Content

If an article contains third-party copyrighted material (figures, images, tables, datasets), authors must:

  • obtain necessary permissions,

  • properly credit the original copyright holders.

Third-party material may not automatically fall under CC BY unless stated.
