Manuscript Preparation
To ensure high-quality publication and efficient peer review, authors must prepare manuscripts according to the Journal of Advanced Computer Science (JACS) requirements. Manuscripts that do not comply with the following instructions may be returned for revision prior to peer review.
1. General Requirements
All submitted manuscripts must:

be written in clear academic English
-
be original and not under review elsewhere
-
follow the official JACS Manuscript Template
-
comply with the journal’s Publication Ethics Policy
-
include complete author and manuscript metadata
2. Manuscript File Format
Authors must submit the manuscript in:

Microsoft Word (.DOCX) (mandatory)
-
PDF version (optional for reviewer preview)
3. Formatting Requirements
Manuscripts must be formatted using the journal template. The standard formatting includes:

Page size: A4
-
Margins: 2.5 cm (Top, Bottom, Left, Right)
-
Font: Times New Roman
-
Font size: 10 pt
-
Line spacing: 1.0
-
Page numbering: Not required
-
Section numbering: recommended
4. Required Manuscript Structure
A standard manuscript must contain the following sections in order:
4.1 Title Page
Include:

Manuscript title (concise and informative)

Full author names

Author affiliations (Department, Institution, Country)

Corresponding author email
-
ORCID IDs (recommended)
4.2 Abstract

Length: 150–250 words
-
Must clearly cover:

key results

conclusion

4.3 Keywords
Provide 3–6 keywords that reflect the paper’s topic. Avoid repeating words already included in the title.
4.4 Main Sections
The manuscript should include the following sections (as applicable):

4. Experimental Setup / Implementation

numbered in the order of appearance

5. Figures and Tables
5.1 Figures

Figures must be clear and high resolution

Must be numbered sequentially: Figure 1, Figure 2, ...

Caption must be placed below the figure

Figures must be referenced in the text
5.2 Tables

Tables must be editable (not as images)
-
Must be numbered sequentially: Table 1, Table 2, ...

Caption must be placed above the table

Tables must be referenced in the text
6. Equations and Symbols

Equations must be typed (not images)
-
Each equation should be numbered consecutively: (1), (2), ...
-
All variables and symbols must be defined clearly at first use
-
Use consistent notation throughout the manuscript
7. Units, Abbreviations, and Terminology

Use the International System of Units (SI)
-
Define abbreviations at first mention
-
Use consistent technical terminology
-
Avoid informal language
8. Ethical Statements
Authors must include:
8.1 Conflict of Interest Statement
Example:
The authors declare that they have no conflict of interest.
8.2 Data Availability Statement
Example:
The datasets generated and/or analyzed during the current study are available from the corresponding author upon reasonable request.
9. Plagiarism and Similarity Requirement
All manuscripts are screened for similarity.

Acceptable similarity index: < 20%

Manuscripts exceeding the limit may be rejected or returned for revision.
10. Supplementary Materials (Optional)
Authors may submit supplementary materials such as:

datasets and repositories
-
source code
-
appendices
-
additional experiments/results
These materials enhance research transparency and reproducibility.
11. Final Checklist Before Submission
Before submitting, confirm that:

☐ Title, abstract, and keywords are complete
☐ Figures/tables are numbered and cited
☐ References are in IEEE style
☐ Conflict of interest statement included
