The Journal of Advanced Computer Science (JACS) is committed to supporting the broad dissemination of scientific knowledge and ensuring free access to research outputs. JACS is an Open Access journal, providing immediate and permanent online access to all published articles without subscription barriers.

This policy is aligned with international standards of open-access publishing and ethical dissemination of research.

All articles published in JACS are available online with:

Free access for all readers worldwide
No subscription or registration required to read or download articles

JACS believes that open access enhances research visibility, impact, and global knowledge sharing.

2. Access and Reader Rights

Readers are permitted to:

  • read articles online free of charge

  • download, copy, and share published articles

  • use articles for educational and research purposes

  • cite, distribute, and build upon the published work

These rights are granted under the journal’s licensing terms.

3. Licensing

Unless otherwise stated, JACS publishes articles under:

Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY 4.0)

This license allows:

Under the condition that proper credit is given to the authors and the journal.

4. Author Rights

Authors publishing in JACS:

  • retain full copyright of their articles

  • grant the journal the right of first publication

  • may share the article on academic networks (ResearchGate, Academia.edu, etc.)

Proper citation of the published article must be included.

5. Archiving and Preservation

To ensure long-term preservation and access, JACS supports digital archiving through:

  • institutional repository archiving (where applicable)

  • indexing and metadata preservation

6. Publication Fees

Open access publication may involve Article Processing Charges (APC) to support journal operations.

Important Notes:

  • No submission fee is charged

  • APC (if applied) is requested only after acceptance

  • Any fees will be stated clearly on the journal website

JACS reserves the right to revise this Open Access Policy when necessary to align with international publishing standards and indexing requirements. Any updates will be announced on the journal website.
